Hot on the heels of recognition in the recent LGN Street Design Awards for the company’s design flair, Jupiter Play is also striving to build on its already strong reputation for customer service with two key appointments.
Andrew Ponton joins the team as Operations Manager to ensure the smooth-running of all UK-wide contracts and responsive systems to after-sales problem resolution. Andrew has extensive experience in Design and Contract Management within the play and sports surfacing industry having previously worked with Russell Leisure, Play Top Ltd as Sales and Project Manager and, most recently, Greenfields (Allsports) Ltd as Business Development and Estimating Manager.
The company has also appointed a new Senior Play Space Consultant for Scotland. Colin Shane joins Jupiter Play with over 20 years experience in the playground industry working for the last 12 years with Record RSS in a similar role. Colin is already well-known to many in the Scottish market and will be responsible for client relationship management and developing business in new market sectors within Scotland.
Paul Hoenigmann, Managing Director of Jupiter Play, says of the new appointments: “I am delighted to have secured such experience to add to an already exceptional team. These appointments signal a significant commitment on the company’s part to aim for excellence in all service areas of our business. We want to be sure that we consistently deliver what our customers want. It is only this kind of customer service and value-add that will ensure our continued success.”
